Empower road commission personnel who are members of CRASIF to learn how to efficiently and effectively manage workers’ compensation claims at the local level.
CRASIF will be offering a Certified CRASIF Workers' Compensation Specialist course!! This one-day seminar will take place at Crystal Mountain on Monday, May 6th.
Open to all CRASIF members, the course will address common questions:
- What is workers' compensation and when does it apply?
- Who is part of the workers' compensation team?
- How can we resolve workers' comp claims efficiently and effectively?
- What are the legal responsibilities of both employers and employees?
The course will be especially helpful for clerks, human resource professionals and supervisors that deal with workers' compensation issues on a regular basis. The course date is the day before the Finance and Human Resource Conference at the same location.

Certification: Upon completing the 7 hours of training and successfully passing the post-test, participants will receive a certificate. Post test to be done online.
